FIRE PIT SESSIONS
Gather beneath the stars to share intimate moments of reflection, connection, and presence. Guests are invited to integrate their experiences alongside fellow participants and facilitators, or simply unwind within the serene atmosphere of fire and open sky.
The acoustic fire circle becomes an instrument in itself, where you may gently sound the mallet and handcrafted gong, adding your own expression to the space.

Harmonic Hearth - Sweat Lodge
Guided by a trained facilitator, each evening ritual honors the sacred traditions of the ancestral sweat lodge, where the “abuelos”, heated stones, hold the warmth and spirit of the ritual. Vibrational technology integrated beneath the seating, along with a refined sound design, is thoughtfully incorporated to deepen the sensory experience.
The result is a powerful journey that weaves together ancestral wisdom and contemporary innovation, creating a space for introspection and purification.
EQUINE PROGRAM
Horse river swim: Ride through nature to the river and back in this guided equine experience that blends horsemanship, connection, and river immersion.
You will learn to work with and ride the horses while building trust together, culminating in the unique experience of swimming with your horse in a once in a lifetime moment.
WELLNESS AREA
Located within our wellness area, this space invites guests to experience a natural cycle of warmth, coolness, and renewal.
The sauna offers a calming environment to relax muscles and release tension, while cold water immersion provides a revitalizing contrast that supports circulation, recovery, and mental clarity.
Outdoor showers complete the experience, allowing you to reset between cycles in connection with nature.

BIRD/WILDLIFE WATCHING AND WALKS
Discover the remarkable avian life of Costa Ricaʼs lush forests and volcanic landscapes on this guided early morning experience.
Monterreyʼs rich ecosystem offers the opportunity to observe some of the countryʼs most iconic species, including the Resplendent Quetzal, Keel-billed Toucan, Montezuma Oropendola, Rufous Motmot, Scarlet Macaw, and vibrant tanagers moving through the canopy.
Guests can also enjoy miles of nature trails throughout the property, offering the freedom to explore, wander, and connect with the landscape at their leisure.

HORSE BONDING EXPERIENCE
Unlike traditional equine encounters, often described as a deeply felt connection where horse and human move in quiet attunement, creating something powerful, immersive, and truly one of a kind.
The experience begins with a one on one session alongside an equestrian trainer, who introduces how horses mirror human emotions, presence, and intention. Through guided exercises, you will discover how these highly intuitive animals respond to subtle inner shifts, revealing insights into communication, trust, and self awareness that extend far beyond riding.
Each experience unfolds according to the guest’s emotional and mental state.
