SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES
Each of our rooms is equipped with a personal safe for the secure storage of your valuables.
To set your security code, enter a 3 to 6-digit combination and press #. To open it, simply enter your chosen code. Upon check-out, please leave the safe open.

At The Vessyl Experience, AKEN SOUL, we are committed to the care and preservation of the environment. We warmly invite you to take part in some of the eco-sustainable practices we have put in place:
TOWEL SXCHANGE: To indicate that you do not require fresh towels, simply leave them hanging.
SORTING AND RECYCLING: In our central gallery, you will find a station with three bins for waste sorting and recycling, where you are welcome to deposit any recyclable materials.
PAPER REDUCTION: As part of our commitment to reducing paper use, all of our services are accessible via QR code throughout the property.
Our retreat is immersed in one of Costa Rica’s most biodiverse ecosystems: a vibrant tropical rainforest that surrounds, inspires, and brings life to every experience. Here, nature is not simply the scenery, but a constant presence that invites a deeper connection with the environment and with oneself.
While we take preventive measures to minimize the presence of insects, you may occasionally encounter them during your stay as part of the authentic rainforest experience.
For a more comfortable stay, we kindly recommend:
– Keeping doors and screens closed when not in use.
– Avoiding leaving food or beverages exposed.
– Limiting the use of outdoor lighting during the evening hours.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Water in Costa Rica is safe to drink. However, we recommend the consumption of filtered or bottled water during your stay.
The voltage is 110V. Should you require adapters, these are available upon request at the front desk.
This is an adults-only property. Pets are not permitted.
All rooms and indoor spaces are smoke-free. We kindly ask that you respect this policy for the wellbeing of all guests.
We provide towels for the pool and wellness areas.
They can be requested at the front desk.
Our restaurant offers vegetarian, vegan, and other options tailored to a variety of dietary needs.
Upon departure, we kindly ask that you return your room access card. Please note that a replacement fee may apply in the event of loss.
