    Molvento, A way of feeling,
    believing and creating

    A project that respects nature and this should not remain just words…

    In all cases we have set out to put into practice our way of thinking and living. In this sense, landscape, the spirit of Molvento, cannot be left aside. Aware of the inevitable impact brought about by the development of new urbanizations, we have decided to be careful as regards land use ensuring that the areas of greatest landscape value, such as the peninsulas and forests, are reserved as green areas for common use.

    This is one of the first decisions we made and we believe that this makes Molvento a human and sensitive project.
