RESTAURANTS
The emblematic and renowned Elcielo Restaurant is located on the first floor of the Hotel. It is a creative cuisine restaurant, where traditional and avant-garde cooking techniques stand out. Chef and Businessman Juan Manuel Barrientos reinvents his tasting menus every month and a half; its main objective is to stimulate the senses and generate memorable experiences.
On this level, there is also a bar and Bistro restaurant, an à la carte restaurant with a relaxed casual atmosphere.
